Internal Gui

==Overview==

The internal GUI is the GUI that is natively built into PyMOL.

Settings

Hide the internal gui with,

set internal_gui, 0

or show it with

set internal_gui, 1

Size

There's a small vertical bar on the bottom left of the VCR-style controls -- drag this left or right to resize the internal gui. This may allow you to resize the internal gui to see full names longer than 16 characters.

A Random PyMOL-generated Cover. See Covers.
