Seq view color

Overivew

This setting controls the color that the sequences in the sequence viewer are displayed.

Syntax

# set the color to 'color'
# valid colors are any PyMOL-known colors
set seq_view_color, color

# set the seq view color to marine
set seq_view_color, marine
