DESCRIPTION
reinitialize reinitializes PyMOL. Issuing the command 'reinitialize' during a PyMOL session clears all objects and resets all parameters to defaults; this is equivalent to re-starting the program without having to actually do so. NOTE: any unsaved work will be lost!
