DESCRIPTION

Changes PyMOL's current working directory. This useful command allows the user to set the current working directory without having to leave PyMOL.

USAGE

cd DIR_NAME

where DIR_NAME is some directory.

EXAMPLES

# go to my home directory
cd ~

# go to /tmp
cd /tmp
