DESCRIPTION
"cycle_valence" cycles the valence on the currently selected bond.
USAGE
cycle_valence [ h_fill ]

EXAMPLES

NOTES
If the h_fill flag is true, hydrogens will be added or removed to satisfy valence requirements.
