Overview
This determines if PyMOL takes up the entire desktop screen or not.
You can also use the "F" button in the bottom-right corner of the internal GUI to toggle full screen.
Syntax
# make PyMOL run full screen
set full_screen, on
# go back to normal mode
set full_screen, off
Notes
Didn't do anything in my Mac version of PyMOL.
