This is an example of an animated gif, generated with pymol and imagemagick Use movie commands within pymol to generate a series (as few as two) of png images (the pymol default) then use the command mogrify -format gif *png to convert all png to gif then convert -delay 0 -loop 0 *.gif animated.gif to create animated gif then convert animated.gif -resize 60% animted60.gif to convert to the desired size
