Building a Nucleic Acid Sequence From Hand

At the time of this writing, there is no known method by which to build nucleic acid sequences in PyMol. That being said, you can however use third party software to get the job done in PyMol. Check out these programs:

  1. B (aka "Biomer")
  2. NAMOT
  3. 3DNA
  4. Enter sequence into web interface and get a pdb file back: http://structure.usc.edu/make-na/
