Building a Nucleic Acid Sequence
At this time there is no known method by which to build nucleic acid sequences in PyMol. That being said, you can however use third party software to get the job done.
Check out these programs:
- 3DNA
- B (aka "Biomer")
- NAMOT
- Enter sequence into web interface and get a pdb file back (Uses NAB - Nucleic Acid Builder): http://structure.usc.edu/make-na/
- Enter sequence into web interface and get a pdb file back (Uses 3DNA): http://w3dna.rutgers.edu/rebuild/fiberch
- Enter sequence into web interface and get a pdb file back (Also uses 3DNA): http://haddock.science.uu.nl/services/3DDART/
