I added an Ubuntu section. I hope it doesn't suck too much.

This page needs some major reformatting. Can someone take a look and see about clearing up a section s/he is familiar with? Thanks!
Some of the info here if outdated and redundant. I can take care of the Fedora install and the compilation from source. Is there any wiki policy on major modifications? Marius
