DESCRIPTION

  "set_geometry" changes PyMOL's assumptions about the proper valence
  and geometry of the picked atom.

USAGE

  set_geometry geometry, valence

PYMOL API

   cmd.set_geometry(int geometry,int valence )

NOTES
