Pmlbeta is primarily a plugin for creating and manipulating molecular models of β-peptides, but works for α-peptides as well. In other words, the Fab command on steroids. Its central piece is the betafab2 command, but a graphical user interface is also supplied.
Installation
Install the current version from pmlbeta_latest.zip using the PyMOL Plugin Manager
