Overview
The CASTpyMOL plugin allows for the visualization of surfaces and voids identified from CASTp using pyMOL. For more information see the CASTp Website.
Note
As of 2010, the CASTpyMOL plugin does not appear to be supported by the CASTp group. The plugin is only available as a precompiled .pyc file compiled with an early version of python.
